Cancellation Policy:

During Easter (Semana Santa), and April Fair (Feria de Abril), reservations must be cancelled 96 h. prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty equal the full deposit (50pct of rooms and taxes) made at the time of reservation.In all other situations, reservations must be cancelled 48 h prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty of one night (room and taxes).

Nest in the historic Jewish quarters of Seville, and hidden between the city best known secrets, this Palace House was built in 1530 by the Marquis of Tarifa, who also owned the famous Casa Pilatos, wall by wall with our hotel. Having been given a previous use as the guesthouse of the Marquis, it was also the lodging of his butler, Mr. Alonso de Villafranca and his family.

The Marquis, converted this house of romantic corners, cosy bathrooms and musical patios, into an example of true Spanish hospitality.

Being right in the city centre, minutes away to all the cultural attractions and activities around, it has become a privileged watchtower of the city.

The Hotel Boutique Casa Imperial, is not a contemporary hotel, but a real Palace House in the best tradition of Seville history. Therefore, it was refurbish carefully in order to preserve its charm and character, as well as with its original distribution and details.

All our rooms are exterior, with windows overlooking the "Patios" of the house, to provide intimacy and to avoid the noise, the heat, and the extreme sun.
